Questions About Pricing
Do you charge per patient?
No. Your subscription covers unlimited patients. We only limit the number of AI-generated summaries per month (and Group plans have unlimited AI summaries).
What counts as an "AI summary"?
Each time you click "Generate AI Draft" for a case, that uses one AI summary. Editing or regenerating the same case uses another. Risk heatmaps and scenario sliders don't count — they're unlimited.
What if I run out of AI summaries?
You can purchase additional summary packs ($20 for 50 summaries) or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing cases and features continue working — you just can't generate new AI drafts until next month or until you add more.
Can hygienists and front desk staff use ChronoDent?
Yes. Team member logins can be assigned different roles. Dentists can approve AI summaries. Hygienists can enter clinical notes. Front desk can manage patient accounts. All within your team limit.
Do patients need to pay anything?
No. Patient portal access is included free. Patients log in with their email and a password you set for them. No app download required — it works in any browser.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. You can export your patient data before canceling.
